Shipping terms and conditions are defined within each individual contract. We coordinate shipping logistics based on the customer’s location, preferred shipping method, and the nature of the purchased equipment.

2. Delivery Timeline:
We provide estimated delivery dates based on the production and preparation of the machinery. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs and Insurance:
Shipping costs are typically included in the final contract. All shipments are insured to cover potential damages during transit. In the event of any damage, customers must notify us and the shipping provider immediately to initiate a claim.

4. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping services. Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the contract.
